Yes I have heard the rumours about Patch 47. In theory the pushing around dirt at Patch 47 was supposed to be rehabilitation and supposedly all the gold is in ARV safe. I of course have no way of checking this out.
Ultimately unless ARV has a permit to mine serious tons they don't have any ability to start processing material through RH. There is a path to success, what I don't know is if ARV is going to take it.
