So the placement is done in two Tranches...roughly 60% in Tranche 1 and 40% in Tranche 2. Tranche 2 is subject to a shareholder vote and only settles on September 19... bloody hell, you'd have to be brave, stupid or both to lock yourself in for the period of time. A 1 sigma move on that time frame is over 20%.
