They have very few bargaing chips & are being pushed into a corner.
If the 'letter' exists it seems to point out the minimal choices the landowners have to force a discussion & negotiation.
Masono seems to be taking the Beijing approach, my way or else!

you say "if the letter exists" as if you endorse its content? If it exists it amounts to an unwelcome outsider suggesting the referendum be undermined to get their way. Extraordinary. Little wonder there are travel bans in place over various individuals.
