aka. New option or new deal under negotiation, or already agreed, so they don't lose as much.

I know we lost a LOT of gold to Maroon, but really, we couldn't have processed it, or pulled it out of the ground without the deal. Maroon bared all the risk here. If there was no gold, maroon would have foot the bill.

New agreement with more fair terms now we know it there, or onsite processing would be my bet. The current deal was great to get off the ground, but unfair to continue past the initial program.
