As far as receiving or not receiving replies to email enquiries... well, if our (Bass Metal's) illustrious Exec Director's style is anything to go by, it is very much dependent on a few factors. Should a shareholder's email be deemed by him to be at all accusatory in nature, then NO email reply will be forthcoming. Should a shareholder email raise valid points but be laced with facetiousness and flippancy (like most of mine), then expect a reply that is equally laced with tough love and evasiveness. I doubt that any company would even look past the first paragraph of an email that lacks any semblance of courtesy and professionalism.

Best bet to getting any sort of a meaningful response is to send an email with strategically chosen words and with an air of genuine concern (if one can). No pointing the finger of blame at management or the BoD. Whilst I consider no company is beyond reproach, I do acknowledge that the market and it's shareholders do get facts wrong. Never underestimate on the other hand that directors are "masters of spin". Whilst they appear to speak and write only in factual terms, they are very clever at presenting facts in ways that are most beneficial to selling the story to its investors and prospective investors.

GLTA... I continue to keep an eye on propress here SP and forum-wise. I am still at a loss to work out what is going on (in the background). At least with Bass, I think I now know... well enough to have a good concept of where we are now headed. LNY? Still stumped, I have to say. So, best I not even attempt at voicing an opinion.
