I am happy with this morning's announcement. Good performance and cash build. Management should be careful not to spend like a drunken sailor and go on some idiotic takeover binge. SLR has been disappointing in the last few years but slow and steady as they went. I do have a bit of hesitation about the higher AISC guidance for the year compared to what they deliver this quarter. Some more capex coming up I suppose.
SLR could extend a small sweetener to EGA shareholders and get the Rothwell mine built up and start producing. The directors have approved of it, better pull the shareholders over the fence!
I do not hold EGA stocks but I bought a bit more SLR today at 94c and I'm beaming.
