The word 'turnaround' is often used by BLK to suggest a sustained operational improvement (after a single positive quarter). Do these expressions sound familiar @sainter58...

"Recent operations have demonstrated a turnaround..."
"Delivering a step-change in operations economics..."

You'll find those expressions in the Feb'18 presentation....it's the turnaround that was going to happen but didn't happen (for one reason or another). Who knows, you might be right....maybe the turnaround you're describing will be different to the CY18 / FY19 turnaround that sent the SP from $0.04 up to $0.105, then down to $0.007, then up to $0.015, then down to $0.01.
