Unfortunately we are not in a position to dictate to anyone. If Jaguar materializes and we actually become a mining company rather than an exploration company then we can piss everyone other than Vale off and do it all ourselves. Simulus have to earn their stake and our focus is clearly now Jaguar, I for one would have no problems with Simulus going away, lets get Jaguar sured up, get Vale to pre buy on the off take agreement and lets get mining.
