With respect mate .....you are wrong. I did the math on the OB's and provided it to these forums. But essentially there were in excess of 450 million OB's which change hands from those who got them ' Free ' to those who bought them in the hopes they would appreciate and realize more or less the same gains as the OA's.

So IMO , the Company failed in it's attempt's to engender the right circumstances for these options to be converted , thereby leaving the investors who supported the market in these securities in the hopes they could convert them ' in the money ' or supported by an underwriting deal similar to the OA's were in fact let down. Certainly the Soph's , Insto's , and ordinary investors who were the recipients of the OB's in the first place would have done very well when they let them go for prices between .005 and .007 cents.
