HI.
Just need to knock that 3c wall...seen it before with other stocks that have news or ann. due within 7-10 days...with the 31st looming with the pre-payment announcement, there is always a wall or resistance level set by brokers/firm/individual just to hold the price back for as long as possible.....just for manipulation and accumulation. (really sux)..
But once it is smashes through the 3c barrier, hopefully we should see mid 3's to 4 (IMO)
