Performance shares would likely be approved if something of substance is announced PRIOR to the AGM.

If nothing announced, why would anyone vote yes for them? All that's happened in 2 years is a name change, which will be reverting back anyway after a failed venture into vanadium. As it stands, I will be voting no.
