They sure think they need incentive, as soon as they stuffed the last performance rights issue up they put the queue in the rack until they could issue themselves with more 12 months later.
Hell they have done such a stellar job the last 12 months they have even increased the rights and decreased the hurdles.
Why dont they buy on market at the prices they have helped to create in order to 'incentivise' themselves to profit just like any other of the poor suckers they have let down over the last 16 months.
