Not a great score card and still much to do before PLS reaches a satisfactory recovery level. Judging by all the planned improvements detailed in the report, one can only conclude that the initial plant was very, very, poorly designed and left much to be desired. They are even "upgrading" control equipment. After all of that work they hope that nameplate may be achieved in Jun 2020 quarter. IMO we won't know until they have run test runs after ALL the changes/upgrades have been implemented. So much for the Rolls Royce plant and claims by PLS management of being a low cost producer.
I don't understand why the report earned a number of "likes". Did they actually read it?????
