Nothing unexpected in this report. Management said they would be working to improve the plants efficiency and they now have a plan to do that. Expecting them to have it done in this quarter is unreasonable. Plan the work, work the plan.
I read this favorably for mid - long term holders and have full faith that management can endure the current low demand. This company will come out the other side and be a force to be reckoned with.
