For someone of Dr Wang's experience he would have known what it was surely within the first week and the solution should have taken him about 5 seconds not one year - stronger magnets. The excessive cash costs that have been allowed to continue for a year have cost the company many millions of dollars that could have been used to reduce loan payments or perhaps alleviated the need for the last CR at 30c. In fact if the company had been making a decent income the SP might never have been squeezed down to where it is now.
