    Agree with the first bit. Restricting smelters will push up prices for refined tin but what will it do to the price of concentrate (which Renison sells)? Presumably if you cut off the supply chain at the smelter then there will be an oversupply of concentrate? Renison has a good chunk hedged at A$25,000/t as part of the debt package...
