    With only a few days to go looks like my bet is pretty safe . Yet another miss of a self imposed deadline. No comment from management about the miss of a commitment. This makes about 15 missed commitments since they got into Yemen.

    the next quarterly in late Jan will be yet another “we are continuing to work with the government and potential JV partners.”
