Can you read? “Start up capital” does not equal “Total capital”.

And US$95m is clearly identified as the capital requirements of the Syama Underground Mine over the “next 18 months”. Phase 1 etc. This was subsequently clarified and has, on many occasions, been completely reconciled by RSG. The US$95 capital budget was for a period from 2016 through to approximately the end of 2017. The total Life of Mine capital is more than a billion dollars. Do you expect RSG to find that with cash in hand at the moment of FID in 2016?

It is a block (or sub level) cave - the capital is front ended. You can not build a rock factory without investment.

Get over it - the capital budget is largely on track. The problem currently is the ounces and the roster.

As you say if they get that right, and I think they are and they will, then RSG will soar.

Personally I find JW honest and extraordinarily direct. Have you, as I have suggested, contacted him to make the accusations you make here in person? I, and others here, have and I find his answers to be useful.
