From what I've heard it had more to do with Ignite not having the capacity to carry out the work. As I've mentioned in previous posts, can't understand why they didn't complete the original powerline option back in 2016. I'm very much on the sidelines whilst they sort out their management decision making. Lacking a strong operational decision maker following the obvious maintenance issues related to the crack in roaster and not having cheaper power in place! JW and his team have had 3 years to put everything in place whilst they transformed from pit to underground, but seem to have got lost in promotion and innovation catchwords.
Time for change!
