Spot on!!!; the last hands-on experienced mining individual in management left early this year, so there is a lot of surprises on the way as current management (no mining engineer) get to grips with the nuisances of mining a sub-level cave with a refractory orebody. Its happened before when RSG took over from Randgold, individuals with good qualifications limited experience were appointed and failed to produce and it took change of the site GM to get production back on track. They have the right people from Ravenswood helping but they are not fully in charge and if they did, automation would take a back-seat and they would get some tonnes on deck. As for the plant, they stuffed up by getting rid of experienced individuals, while the rest of the experienced crew left for greener pastures and that is why I say just hold on, once they get the right people back in place, all will be back to business.
