In my eyes, this continues to be very cheap. Very quick back of the envelope calculations has me at approx AUD 170m pa EBITDA for NIC, with a market cap of approx AUD 1b. It is a bit worrying that they won't have any bargaining power with effectively being locked into the local market and one buyer, but seems like the Indonesian government is hopefully starting to regulate this as means of managing the export ban.
