Yes some of us are still here watching and observing how nothing much is happening despite all the bullish talk from the usual suspects...
@fooca on your post above I picked up on the following from the quarterly......
" the Company continued discussions with ASX Perth over the proposed acquisition and in respect to some outstanding concerns....."
Why only 'some' outstanding concerns and not ALL?? Surely if the company thinks it has resolved other concerns then they would put them in the same submission to get in writing from the ASX that they were OK.
So it is a big question to ask at the AGM, (when or if they get around to having one), why only 'some' of the concerns of the ASX and not all??
Which outstanding concerns did the company not ask the ASX about and why not??
The next bullet point refers to all of the 'some' outstanding concerns of the ASX IMHO.
My assumption from that quarterly is that the company still has a long way to go before anything happens for holders, and currently holders are being denied the opportunity to grill the BOD at the AGM, because they haven't organised one yet.
Another aspect of the 'loans' the company has, not included in the quarterly is the money owed to directors/staff for payments over the last few months.
From the quarterly....."In addition, the Company’s directors and officers have continued to not draw any salaries and have agreed to defer any accrued payments due until the reinstatement of the Company to trading on the ASX. "
Those accrued payments owed to directors and officers are in effect a loan by them to the company IMHO, so any amounts outstanding should be included in all the financial reports, including the 'loans' section of the quarterly.
Anyway back to watching and reading all the ridiculously bullish statements made by some, especially as they keep being proven incorrect by the company month after month after month...
