Personally and I may well be off base, I think and I stress “think” that “structure” refers to basic or more likely the extremely complicated framework of the deal and not the off takes etc.
ie: Ownership, titles, mortgages, existing debt, the fallback clause (there will be one), who or what is lurking in the background and so on.
