aidoaido, i agree, maybe we need to be raising this with ASIC......what can we as small shareholders do to stop this.
If delisted, what happens to the shares? Would the company not have to pay them out at the last price? And if unable then Vol Admin occurs!
Shares are a part ownership of the company. Does the ownership go from public to private ownership...so then is there no way to trade or sell this private ownership stake? So you effectively forfeit? I'm a little confused I must admit.
