Well, what should one think of that?
An assessment is not. As in previous years, you have to search and calculate the data yourself.
The report is a continuation of the miserable copper contents in the overburden, which I have already stated in earlier drafts.
I simply analyzed the data (rounded) and extrapolated it. As a result, based on the third quarter of 2019, production costs (production costs and copper production) in 2019 are likely to be around 120 million.
To achieve this sum, it would have been necessary to produce and sell 20,000 t of copper cathodes at a price of just over US $ 2.50.
Despite the fact that new equipment has already been put into operation, not even 10,000 t will be available for 2019. If one looks at the data from the year 2014, so far results in no cost-covering production.
From the statements of TGS is also not seen how that should change. Just blah blah blah!
Among other things, what would be important is how the expenditure of 120 million in 2019 split up.

The wording in the final paragraph of the report also makes me more than perplexed: It states that "it is likely" that TGS will be deregistered by the ASX in Feb. 2020.
Unless TGS meets the listing requirements of the ASX. What are these criteria is not stated: vllt presentation of a correct balance sheet, explaining the exact debt burden and how it can be reduced, etc ..
Well, I have no detailed knowledge and ideas. Maybe someone has insights!

Although I have already depreciated my capital invested in TGS, I am annoyed at every bumbling setup. The Dep ..... should finally clearly and clearly announce what can be achieved at all and how to do it, that the store gets back on track. The copper content of the Kileba mine site (about 1.2%) would require around 2 million t of ore-bearing overburden to cover the basic costs alone. There is no data on how much overburden would have to be moved to reach the ore deposit. In the old camps that was up to seven times that. Actually, due to the well-known data on TGS, an almost impossible endeavor.

The report I consider the death knell of TGS, respectively deregistration from the ASX and execution of the expropriation of all small shareholders.
