If you analyse the trades and trading patterns this is being manipulated down and accumulated by also trading. Just look at how many CX Cross-Trades there are. There is a buyer and seller of approx $340k of shares currently sitting at $4.33 and $4.44 respectively. These large parcels float up and down as they achieve price movements to keep the WVAP shifting down and stop price rising as they accumulate. Unfortunately the retail investor is shafted by the lack of disclosure and the concept of fair price discovery is a joke. I'm not selling, just accumulating as they go down.
