    That is how I read it too. My guess is the reason why G1A is using a mixture of banks is to allow us to access to the Japanese banks and their low rates. It is also explains why the funding is taking longer than we would like (Japanese companies aren’t generally known for making quick decisions). The upside is the deal we get will add serious value to the SP.
