Be very carefull about intepretting any thing from conversation about parties or anything like it. This is a very common tactic, in US, to close an meeting that the news was not very good or very dull, with an upbeat message with out incurring any liability for disseminating improper info. Many warning bells went off in my head when I heard it. The other one that sets off warning bells for me is when she says she is the most popular girl at dance when talking about things like finance and loans. Says nothing gives positive impresion with no data communicated, no liability incurred.
Not saying it was a negative or positive. I do not know. Just be very careful about making any decisions on it.
If you have an experienced broker who listens to many CCs ask them what they think.
