Bluto says there are 9.2B shares on issue. Add on 2.0B for the Note Holders and another 11.0B for ANS for their $29M and it will make about 22B shares on issue. At the last traded price of $0.006 the capex is $132M. At this stage the SDL would have extinguished $130M of Note Holder debt, have $4M in the bank, be 50% owned by ANS which will be majority Chinese owned and have a Chinese consortium to fund and build the US$6B project. If they get that far I feel that the stock could be worth more than $0.006.
