Ken Brinsten has been a bit of a rock star for PLS in the past. He seemed to exude a sort of subdued confidence which always made my investment decision feel like the right one long term.
But I have to say I'm starting to agree with some others here...Time for some fresh blood in the head office. If not, AT LEAST take a hefty pay cut.
There is nothing to show for your high salary.
If we the shareholders are going to pay rock star money, I want to see a rock star managing director. Someone who has experience in getting a mining company through a downturn.
