A question directed at people with more experience than myself...
If the team at PLS believe (as they stated) that the market is looking to remain soft for the short term, why not preserve cash as much as possible and just put this into care and maintenance?
Is there a benefit to keeping the lights on albeit with reduced output? One thing we do thankfully have is a small cash buffer to see us out a few months if we are wise.
