I think Tanzania has been on the right path for some time now. Ceremonial Signing was the formality everyone was waiting for and hopefully financial investors are ready to go now. If there is money to be made someone will want to.
Maybe this will look as a low cost Fast payback investment at a medium risk to test the waters.
Tanzania are well aware they need to stabilise now.
