You are right that is positive. What annoys me about PSA management is that they continually makes comments like the previous quarter where they said they expect to finished discussions with potential JV partners by the end of the quarter. Miss the commitment. Make no further comments about why they missed and just pretend nothing happened. This is one example of many over the years. Just can’t trust them.
