Tower Resources (TRP) CEO has already said they are in talks with Majors, GBP have on three Quarterly reports said they are in contact with counterparties regarding farmout of PEL29 &94, from what I can see they are very close to getting a deal across the line. This all started in 2018, but got serious at the start of 2019. This deal probably involves more than just one major and TRP&GBP share directors and have adjacent blocks which will have been part of a strategic plan.
Theses blocks are full of follow on potential and the Welwitschia Deep prospect is the most advanced with 3D coverage and had a well drilled already, up dip from the Wingat discovery. New data and concept from the Brulpadda discovery in S/A shows the WD prospect was drilled miles short of the Aptian seal. Drilling this well again on increased CoS could de-risk and offers a key to the rest of the prospects on GBP & TRP blocks and those close by including PEL37. The link here also shows that using the new concept model, even the Cormorant well was short of the regional seal (Aptian Seal)

Looking at the licence map, PCL's PEL87 is in the same ultra deep water fairway as Totals PEL56 and Shell's PEL39 , so a discovery from Venus would be a significant read across to PEL87, which is in the direct firing line
