The deal with Factor looks like it's a go, the exclusive period ends March 31, I would expect soon they will announce the plan for an RTO. Unlike most shells that are used, this is a revenue generating company close to hitting 12 month sales of $5M. Factor revenue was $9M usd last year, this looks a strong play at 001 and certainly off the radar
