Some people that saw that there is no progress and cut their losses. Tthe last quarterly report juggled the words but still did not demonstrate any progress. If the share price is to go up, there must be progress demonstrated.
Refer to my post in August 19 40153586 and seek anyone that can establish from the last quarterly that anything was done.
