dv, as an owner of a lot of commercial and residential properties as well as businesses directly and indirectly employing 100's of people, I find your comments and views disrespectful, I can only assume that it more reflects you as a businessman.
On residential, 1/3 of people will never ever want to own a house, who do you think is going to rent one to them, if you think that should be govt, then go and live in Russia or China.
