Well OK then ...no shouting allowed

In todays Meteoric RESOURCES (MEI) quarterly …we get details of a group of SOPHISTCATED investors that have not paid for participation in a recent credit raise using market conditions as a result of COVID_19 as an excuse ….so whilst 1000’s of MA and PA investors have done their doh…these lovely SOPHs avoid paying for their purchases and get away with it. It is outrageous.

From MEI’s quarterly released today

"Tranche 2 of $7m Capital RaisingMeteoric received shareholder approval for Tranche 2 of its $7m capital raising on 13 January 2020. Tranche2 comprisedthefinal $250,000, of which $35,000 was subscribed by Directors Andrew Tunks and ShastriRamnath. Dr Tunks and Ms Ramnath completed their subscriptions during the Quarter. The Company hasnow been advised by each of the subscribers for the balance of Tranche 2 in the amount of $215,000, thatdue to the change in circumstances of the Company as a result of general market conditions occasioned byCovid19, they will not complete their subscription."

As 100's if not 1000's of Ma and Pa investors have done their DOH on MEI, Tunks allowing a group of Sophs to use the general market conditions associated with Covid-19 to not cough up their Doh is seriously outrageous. What a joke. Ma and Pas lose their money but SOPHS hang on to theirs with no consequence at all???? No Not acceptable.

I have sent an email to every major business news network in Australia. If Tunks doesn't reverse this decision there will be serious consequences. Sometimes morals and ethics have to hold fast above purely the $...this has to be done as a matter of principle
