What's with the weasel words in the announcement TON management. The Chinese businesses are either returning to normal operations or they are not. What is this 'appears' rubbish?

Further, in the March 20 announcement, we were informed Triton were 'accelerating discussions with Chinese financiers..' and yet today we are informed that Ton are now able to 'resume discussions with potential Chinese financial institutions'. What is it, talks continuing or about to resume?

Don't treat TON shareholders as mugs please management. FFS, these talks with possible financiers have been going on since Moses played fullback. To be frank, there is no reason why these discussions shouldn't have progressed to a decision by now. Aside from the corona virus situation, if the financiers still can't make a decision after months and months of negotiation, I'm starting to wonder what is really going on with financing.

For crying out loud management, can we get this bloody thing happening or what?
