looks to me like the company is withholding sensitive information, flow sheet optimisation of plant was due in April and the approval application was lodged with council in February and was expected to be received by end of April. more than overdue for very significant announcement anytime now. with those two critical pieces of the puzzle to fall favourably then LMG will decide by June wether they go forward with project.
