Likely. And many won't buy in until there is a solid sustained ramp upwards, otherwise it's a just another useless penny stock.
But IMO this is where the long term bargains are had, in a company that has cash as a good percentage of it's market cap, no debt, and good assets in a potentially rising market. Just buy cheap, wait 5 years, and hope management don't screw it up.
