1.4mil cash wont go far in Alaska.
3,000m shallow program at Zackly will probably cost a few hundred K , so at least some work can be done.
you would think 1.5-2c would be the low, but the market might now fully write off any JV being made for 2020 , so im not sure what SP we get from that!
and the few hundred K in director fees .... please!
