LIN had 165,000,001 options exerciseable for 2 cents a long time before Shannon appeared on the scene. under Shannon, another 133,875,000 were issued with the 1.6 cent capital raisings. Around 86,637,500 options have been exercised at 2 cents each raising $1.73M

i think its turned out OK given the share price remains under 2 cents

before Shannon appeared on the scene, LIN had $89K in current assets, $425K in current liabilities and was trading at around 1 cent per share.

when Shannon raised capital at 1.6 cents, it was at a 15% premium to the prior 10-day VWAP

the share price reached a high of 5.4 cents and was over 2 cents for 16 trading days, before the Corona Crisis

i can't see how one can complain too much about this

LIN remains funded, at least for this quarter. so at least the options got LIN thru this Corona Crisis
