Ann: Quarterly Activities Report, page-2

Once again it concerns me, that in the quarterly report they portray the management as being generous by forfeiting or taking a reduced cash salary. In fact they are proposing to take the balance of their excessive pre February salaries in shares. How generous of them I ask? A massive allocation of shares is about to take place. A further dilution of existing long suffering shareholders worth in the company. The company already has nearly a billion shares on offer. Fair go I say. Why doesn't this management do like most around the world and take a real reduction in income during these hard times. Share holders think about how you are going to vote re this upcoming resolution. Just wait for it!
