Rare earth global market is about $3 billion,increasing at 10% annually. 1% of $3 billion is $30 million. That is $0.006 per share. If the 5 billion shares are right and all other forecast figures are realised, and NTU gets 1% then then it probably is underpriced.
As the mine is a large deposit., it will get the attention of big miners or financiers. Just watch the figures and do your own calculations.
