The amount of shares is irrelevant, if a company valuation is about to double then its share price is about to double whether you have 5,000,000,000 x 0.037 or 500,000,000 x 0.37. Although, I kind of agree with you, the later looks better.
Regarding 500m market cap, why not, why not 1B, Lynas is at 4.5B now. So many companies valuation are not justified and keeps going up just because of the hype. The more absurd it becomes the more people love it (Tesla bitcoin etc)
In our case, I believe NTU has many criteria to generate hype...(very low market cap, no debt, price of Dysprosium and Terbium skyrocketing and not many players in these 2 and not as advanced as NTU...
I don’t know much but it sounds good to me and still believe i strong leg up is overdue but I have been wrong many times before.
