Says in the prospectus that the Director in question was getting $80k with the 25% haircut that's now $60k. Now if that has now dropped going from Executive Director to Non Executive Director that can only help the company. If it hasn't dropped was the ED title just a flexing of the largest shareholder (Go Capital Tech Fund 2 Pty Ltd) muscle in the first place?

In addition to that, I had a feeling that I had seen a few references to this Director in the prospectus and in particularly regarding a Customer Procurement Agreement (section 6.4). Noticed that the company had been paying a company controlled by the Director (Milimax Pty Ltd) to introduce the company to prospective customers $20k a month since 1 July 2018 up until 30 November ($340,000) and because of early termination of the contract another $40,000. So I think that if Executive Director or Non Executive Director the Director in question has done very well out of their association with the company.
