    We are now mid June - time to close the deal or at the very least provide shareholders with an update of what is going on and why their last estimate of completing the DD/Acquisition in the quarterly by the end of May has not been met. I assume they have not walked away from the deal on the basis they would have needed to disclose that to the market.
