I will take a stab at it.
Maybe a complete LNY takeover calculation would go something like this...
The Agate Creek existing JORC based on current gold prices before production costs is $1.4billion+.
Dividing this by the number of shares = around 37 cents a share
Ignoring the 85% of lease not drilled, if discounted down to 25%? would be around 9 cents a share.
Plus Coking coal at say 20%? of value = ?
Plus NZ gold leases = ?
