Just tried to call the office to ask someone what’s going on. No answer. Only a voicemail “please leave a message after the tone and I’ll call you back” didn’t even say “you’ve reached laneway” etc...... red flag for me. We’re paying massive staffing costs and no one answers the phone, we don’t even have a decent voicemail.
